This rack is compatible with our Rack and Pinion system. The rack is CNC drilled and counterbored to accept 5/16-18×5/8” Socket Head Cap Screws. The teeth of the racks are CNC milled. Perfect for a new kit or a conversion for an existing machine.
We offer 4 lengths of gear racks:
- 29in (perfect for a 2′ axis) – Replaced with our Precision Rack
- 40in (perfect for a 3′ axis) – Discontinued
- 54in (perfect for a 4′ axis) – Replaced with our Precision Rack
- 72in (perfect for a 6′ axis) – Replaced with our Precision Rack
The racks can be mated together to form longer spans.
