- Office Hours
We currently don't have a hard set of office hours, but we generally in the office 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) -- Monday through Friday. Our telephone number is 1-717-269-2605. Voice mail options are available after office hours and in case we are not in the office at the time.
- Terms and Order Payment
For normal orders, our terms are pre-pay only via an approved payment method. A 2% discount on total invoice (excluding freight and tax) may be deducted if payment is by Check, Cash, Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal are also accepted for payment. No discounts are offered on payment of invoices with PayPal or credit card. All orders must be paid prior to shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure payment is received and there is enough credit on the card or funds available in the account to accommodate the total of the order(s). Fine Line Automation will notify you if your check has bounced, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery status if your funds fail to process. Business and personal checks must clear our bank before the order will be shipped.
If you wish to open a distributor account, we offer Net 30 2% terms. Please email email@example.com for details.
- Shipping Companies
Fine Line Automation offers UPS standard and hundredweight delivery service daily for your convenience. We offer UPS Ground and 3 Day Select options. We would ask that you allow us (1) working day lead time to process these orders. Freight for all items shipped UPS will be paid by the customer. All packages shipped from us are insured against loss and damage during transit. If an package is lost or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can get a replacement in the mail. Because of factors out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for losses in revenue or time that occur because of lost, late, or damaged packages.
If you want to ship via another carrier, with your own account, or by freight please contact us by email to make arrangements.
- International Shipping
Given the size and weight of our product lines, we currently only offer direct International shipping to Canada. If you are outside of the US or Canada, we can still ship to you through a third party shipper or forwarding agent. You are responsible for finding a shipper and setting up the details. We will not deal with this third party directly. When you are ready to process the order, enter the shipping address where the forwarding agent will recieve the goods as the shipping address. This address must be in the United States or Canada. For Candian shipments, we only offer UPS as a carrier. The buyer is responsible for an customs fees that may apply.
- Pick-up Orders
Orders may be picked up at our shop on a pre-arrangement basis only. Please place the order via the website and select Pick-Up as the shipping option. We need one (1) working day lead time to process pick-up orders. Customers must schedule a time with us before picking up orders. Please call or email to arrange a pickup time. Generally, evenings and Saturdays work well for pick-up but we can work with any timeframe.
- Errors and Adjustments
If you have an error with your order, we request that you report it to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will replace any damaged items or missing items on the order promptly. We will also handle the claim with the shipping company. We may ask you for information or pictures of the damage or shipping containers. The shipping company may also send a representative out to inspect the damage.
- Assembly And Maintenance Time
Understand that all kits require assembly. We cannot garuantee the kit can be assembled without issues in the timeframe you require. Please take this into account before ordering a kit. Because of factors out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for losses in revenue or time that occur because of assembly issues.
Please observe the following procedures for returns:
- Contact our sales department by phone at 717.269.2605 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any return issues prior to returning the product. Include the original order number in the email.
- Our team will respond with an authorization to return and a shipping address.
- Special Orders cannot be returned.
- All merchandise returned must be in saleable condition.
- We guarantee that all merchandise is tested and usable when shipped from our factory.
- We will promptly rectify any errors for which we are responsible.
- When we recieve the products back and verify the condition, a refund will be issued.
- If you paid by credit card or PayPal, a refund will automatically be applied to the card.
- Refund checks will issued if you paid by cash or check or if there is an issue processing the refund.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our facility.
- Special Orders
If you are in need of an item or configuration that we are not currently stocking, we will research the availability of the product and do a special order if possible. 4-6 weeks lead-time may be required before receiving the item. Special Orders cannot be returned unless otherwise authorized.

FineLineAutomation.com may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Fine Line Automation reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Fine Line Automation believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Fine Line Automation.
All software and content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the owned or licensed property of Fine Line Automation or its software and content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
