Due to the recent increase in raw material prices and the cost of new suppliers to support the 10X increase in order volume we have seen in the last year, we regrettably have to increase our prices.

This rail can be used on the Y-Axis on a fixed or moving gantry machine. We define the Y-Axis as the axis that is traveling the width of the gantry. We have made the rail 6” wide to space out the linear carriages further on the Z-Axis. The rail also acts like an I-Beam and helps to resist deflection, which is important for the gantry with it’s long unsupported span.

This rail offers a 3’ cutting length when used with with the Standard Linear Carriages. The rail is 6” wide, .25” in depth, and made of 1018 cold rolled steel flat stock. There is no finish on the rails, so it is recommended they get a light coating of oil from time to time.
