Due to the recent increase in raw material prices and the cost of new suppliers to support the 10X increase in order volume we have seen in the last year, we regrettably have to increase our prices.

This rail can be used on the X-Axis on a fixed or moving gantry machine. We define the X-Axis as the axis that the gantry moves on or the longer axis in a fixed gantry machine. When designing an axis around these rails, Fine Line Automation advises that they be used in pairs. They are perfect for a wrap around moving gantry.

This rail provides a 2’ cutting length when used with the Extended Linear Carriages. The rail is 2” wide, .25” in depth, and made of 1018 cold rolled steel flat stock. There is no finish on the rail, so it is recommended they get a light coating of oil from time to time.
