This bearing block was specifically designed for the Z-Axis. The lower height of the block provides clearance for the Z-Axis plate to pass over it. A bronze bushing is included in the assembly. Even though the bushing is not as efficient as the regular bearing block due to the use of a bushing instead of a radial ball bearing, this block is perfect for short axes where clearance required.
